WE’RE MAKING: MOCKTAILS FOR SPRING

As we’re coming out of hibernation and embracing the love + light of springtime, now is such an ideal time to lend some extra support to one of our major organs: the liver. There are countless ways we can take care of our livers, but one of my top tips is to cut out or reduce alcohol consumption. By opting for refreshing mocktails instead, we can still enjoy ourselves sans the hangover + giving our livers the break they deserve. :)
