Chi or Qi is the life force energy animating through your body and in nature. Gong means “to work with”. Therefore, QiGong means to work with our life force energy. QiGong is also known as The Art of Effortless Power. Benefits of this art are; stress relief, increased energy, relief from common ailments like tight back, joint pain, neck pain, anxiety and depression. Join us in keeping things flowing in this class that focuses on a range of exercises, meditations and workout routines. 

Kate Patterson is a QiGong expert who has studied under famous California QiGong Master Lee Holden. To her, no day is complete without the powerful benefits of QiGong. Through life's ups and downs, she has experienced the medical, emotional and spiritual benefits of this practice first hand, and is thrilled to be able to share it with others.

SECOND SUNDAY QIGONG SERIES

Beginning August 11th, 2024 we’ll be hosting our 10AM Sunday Qigong classes every second Sunday of the month, following a theme that is seasonally aligned with the Chinese Five Element Theory. Suitable for all levels.
