+ Items that qualify for returns include: unopened and unused skincare, hair and body products.

+ Items that do NOT qualify for returns include: grocery items, ingestible items, tools, objects and books. All sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

+ If you are reporting a damaged or defective item, please include photo evidence in your email and we will gladly process a refund. Please email us at:

+ If we determine it is necessary for the item to be shipped back to us prior to issuing a refund, our customer service team will issue a return label via email for  return shipping purposes. You must ship packages back to us within 21 days from date of purchase (including shipping time) in order for this return to be considered valid. Any returns received after a 21 day period will NOT be accepted. 

+ Shipping costs for returns of any accepted items are the responsibility of the customer and the cost will be deducted from the total refund or store credit once we process the return. 

+ Please note that we reserve the right to decline refunds for any reason.
